This entry is from my good Friend from CO, Den.
I think I might have in the past mentioned an aunt that passed away a little over 2 years ago just a few weeks short of turning 105. She had willed her body to the KU medical center. A couple weeks ago we got a letter that the center had completed all their research and she had been cremated in accordance with her wishes. The center is returning her remains for burial. I got this crazy idea that I should make a casket for burial. I have never made a casket before so it was trial and error. I finished it today and it afforded me with the opportunity to use those carving chisels I bought from you a year ago. Carving the cross was also a trial and error process but thanks to Mary May and 3 of her videos, I was able to carve out something resembling a cross. Latter this year I will be traveling to KS for her burial. Thanks for selling me those chisels they work even in my hands.
